TomTom Via 52 (Lifetime) after update my card (Europe) was damaged and could not be installed again, what to do?

Welcome to the community!
If still not sorted and going by the suggestion provided by DougLap above I have activated a small map for your device.
It can be installed on the internal memory using MyDrive Connect.

Likely you will need to remove the SD Card and will also need a small map added to your account by @VikramK then you can load that using the No Maps Found video below as guidance. Then you can then Fully not Quick reformatt the card and see if it will then work. Once you have done that you can add it or a new card to the unit and download the normal map.
It is likely that @VikramK will not be on the forum until Monday now so look bak then

Do not delete the small map afterwards but leave it there in case you have a problem when updating the normal map as you can again use the small Map to start the device and sort the problem out.
