Carminat - Problem with Map

Good Evening - I seem to be experiencing the same issue as others. My Carminat device keeps telling me Problem with Map, cannot use this Map (Southern Africa). It has worked fine in the past. It really is very frustrating....

Any help appreciated.

I reviewed your account and I see you have an active map available for download.

Could you remove the existing map first using TomTom HOME and then download a fresh version?
