You can try a factory reset and see if that helps. To do a factory reset, make sure the Connect software is running and dock the device to your computer. The Connect window will open; press the gear at the top right and select factory reset from the next screen. Follow the steps provided and when prompted to register or sign in to TomTom Sports, select sign in and use your existing account credentials. It is straightforward and should take less than 5 minutes.
gps quick fixes are not working - have downloaded 3 different fixes over last 2 weeks - still cant use gps as it keeps dropping signal. do I need to reset only the gps versus a factory reset?
You may be able to fix it for your watch by following these steps (make sure you have installed the latest version of Connect if prompted):
1) Plug the watch into the computer and in Sports Connect, click the Gear Icon
2) Press CTRL (Windows) or CMD (MAC) on your keyboard while you hover your mouse over the reset button.
3) You'll see the reset button turns into a "Turn Off" button.
4) Click it, disconnect the watch and the screen will go dead.
5) Reconnect the watch and it will wake up and it should now update as usual.
