Just tried and the cogwheel only allowed me to dismiss
Tried on this post and noticed it did allow edit but stated 43 minutes
It is now over two hours since I wrote the comment I wanted to correct so I presume there is only a short time interval allowed.
Another forum I belong to allows a much longer edit period so I was unaware of the TT limitations
Edit - I had not seen the reply from Lochfrass when I originally posted this but it confirms my presumption0
