System on my device is not reconfigured.
TomTom don't want to help because it is a TELEMATICS device.
Telematics saying it's still TT.
Nowhere can find out any support for TomTom Telematics PRO 8270 Truck.
On the TT website my SatNav it is not a option to choose.
Where can I find out any help?

This forum is customer based covering Car, Bike and Car inbuilt units PND's and Apps and does not cover Telematics devices.
What do you mean by

This is a a long shot... When you spoke to the Telematics... Was it an Auto Response System that told you the too old to get support or did you talk to a Live Agent ???
