TT 6200 wifi keeps restarting - how do I factory restart

help, my TT 6200 has been getting slower and now when I switch it on, boots up, loads and then restarts
tried the 3 times press on the white text screen but nothing then happens

    Try a drum reset on the unit by holding the power button about 20 seconds till you hear the drum sounds.

    Thx for the idea, sadly that didn’t work so the next step was the 3 clicks on the white Text screen and connect to a laptop. Not quite as described but I’ve left it downloading updates and will check the status in the morning (5am as it’s a Monday)
