Can anyone tell me why even though on on my PC in my lounge just east of Norwich UK, when I go to TomTom account a message pops up and says "it appears you're in Belgium do you want to carry on as UK?"

    You can try to clear the cookies from your webbrowser or use a private window in your browser.

    Try....
    Scroll to the bottom of this page --> Under the 'Drive' Tab --> Right Click on the 'Car' Link (Select open a new window)
    Scroll to the bottom of this new Window/Page --> Screen bottom right... Should be your Countries Flag... If your location is incorrect... Select your correct Countries Flag & Language --> Close the Window

    I this method to return to the UK site after using Tomtom sites in other countries....
