Tomtom app purchased before they moved to subscription based pricing

Hello
I purchased tomtom navigation app for iOS sometime in 2015 and it had lifetime map subscription at the time. For some reason my subscription shows as expired as of Oct 2019. Is there a way to restore it without paying more for it, as I already paid for lifetime maps when I purchased the app in 2015
