Login issues with MYDRIVECONNECT

Hi I have not logged on for a while and want to plan a route and update my maps but cannot log in to mydrive, to reset the password, I have not received the reset email for about an hour now. Have checked the spam folder. Very frustrating in turning out to be a huge timespender to do something that should be relatively straightforward. Please help, Do you have a helpline?
