I use a Tomtom device, Apple Go app and Android Go app and all have mapping issues of varying degrees.
The roads and junctions are showing on the devices, the issues are that they are closed on Tomtom despite being used in real life. Combine this with the road closures from Tomtom live and we're seeing huge diversions and mapping errors in this whole region.
I've reported the faults since at least August and they're showing as fixed and accepted, but no changes. If its still taking 9 months to get updates through now that you're doing weekly map updates, then can up at least change the tomtom live restrictions where old roads have been closed and the new ones not yet opened to ensure a correct traffic flow?
