You have therefore managed to lose a customer because you don't give a damn about improving this issue.
Just wanted to let you know in case you've forgotten who pays your salaries - the customers - but hey, you will not miss me or you would have fixed this issue long ago.

Where are you located? I have no problems with cartography downloads in Toronto, Canada, where I have a 15 mb/sec internet connection.
