Calling notifications does not work

My vio does not show contacts or phone numbers when someone calling. I am using Huawei mate 10 pro and i made all the settings. But still doesn't work. Do you have any suggestions for set up?

    ID/photo for incoming call Is not working. Was anyone able to fix this?

    Anyone fixed this? I have been involved with TomTom support for 2 months and they finally suggested me to try changing smartphone model!!!! I can not believe!!!

    I have the same problem. VIO does not show calling contact. It is a big pitty that Tomtom killed this nice small device...
