My Carminat Live (Reault Grand Scenic 2012) starts up, shows card and then restart over and over. What can I do? Already formatted sd card, restored backup and updated

    if the format restore has been tried already then contact renault

    Don't contact Renault - support is TomTom.

    I have the very same issue.
    It all happened after update of the maps, with the addition that TomTomHome actually deleted my backup, so I cannot even go back.

    Is there any way to restore the functionality?

    You shouldn’t need to - he normally gets a notification when we put his ID into a post like this. He has fixed many of the same problem because he has access to TomTom servers.
