Voice control GO 6000

When I attempt to activate voice control I get a message "Voice control cannot be used with your display language'. I have an English voice installed and am in the UK.

I read somewhere that you need a computer voice installed to use voice control on this model (Serena or Malcolm?) but I can't find where to download either of these?

Any help appreciated.

    Hi @dariop

    I have added computer voice Serena and it should be offered for download in MyDrive Connect.

    Try using voice control after you have installed and activated the voice.

    Hi - Thank you. I was just about to ask where do I get the voice of Serena, because she isn't listed in the available voices Tom Tom Connect > Buy Products > Voices - she is not there.

    I need support to send me a download link?

    Hi @dariop

    When you connect your GO6000 to your PC with My Drive Connect software running as you normally do for updates it will probably be offered in My Drive Connect as an Update just like a map update is. If not have a look under voices in My Drive Connect and see if it is now listed there.
