My carminate shows no connection to live service. Is the sim card inactive?

    Hello @lampard I think I have the same problem too (purchased subscription for live services for a year and services status "not connected"): I entered the question "2001xx-xxxxxx" but I wanted to know if it was possible to check on my device to see if the SIM is still active.

    Welcome to the Community! The SIM card on your is still active so perhaps follow the steps in the public FAQ here: Carminat TomTom- LIVE Services isn't working

    @lampard I just made another complete reset of the device but the result does not change: the status of the connection of the integrated SIM remains "NOT CONNECTED" (the previous "NOT CONNECTED" was incorrect, sorry).
