Hello,
In the browser it appears that I have the map of Spain and that of Europe without installing. However, when I insert the SD card into the car, it tells me that the map installed is that of Europe. It is an error .. and it tells me that the software update failed. Can you help me?

Welcome to the community!
Sounds like you could have two maps installed on the memory card.
Try this-
1. From the Main Menu, tap Settings.
2. Tap Switch map.
3. Tap on the map that you want to use.
