Help with Spark 3

Hi guys, I have a spark 3 watch (1 yr old) and the screen is no longer displaying. It was working perfectly but just before Christmas it developed lines across the screen and was no longer legible. Any suggestions of what might be wrong??

    Probably a bad screen, but try a factory reset. Depending on where you are you may be in warranty, in which case contact support (use contact us link below) for a replacement. If not, move on to a new watch from another brand as TT Sports went out of business and stopped all production and development over two years ago (a year before you got your watch),
