since this morning I no longer receive registrations of distance travelled, number of steps, also no timepiece. Battery is fully charged. How to generate back without resetting and losing all my personal data from registration?

    Looks like driver of the motion sensor needs to be rebooted. I'm afraid the power-down reset in Sports Connect that fixes this only works with the watches so you need to let the battery fully drain.
