    Could you PM me the serial number of the device for which the map has been ordered for?

    I have already purchased an update to my Europe map on the website but I cannot install it in my device (Go 950) because the new map isn´t shown in the TomTom Home app.
    My device has a memory card and everything is updated.
    I could update Speed Cameras which I also purchased with the Europe map.

    Hopefully @VikramK can have a look at your account so have a look back here on Monday Should you need it here is the Customer support number. Do not answer questions but wait for an agent to answer and then you can sort it out with them.

    I'm not sure when Tomtom process the out of normal office hours purchases...
    You could check your Order Status it's probably says 'Pending' and as Doug says the order will be processed on Monday....

    I have asked the team to make changes to your account which will enable the recent orders to reflect on your account.

    If you check for updates now they should be offered for download.
