Cannot update my place from route planner — TomTom Community

Cannot update my place from route planner

Hi,

I have set My Place on the route planner. But when I try to send to my device. It show successfully update, but the place cannot find in the GO500 device.

I have reset my device and still cannot fix the issue.

Please help to let me know what can I do.

    Are you logged into MyDrive on the device ???
    Tap (.... Menu) --> Tomtom Services --> MyDrive...
