Subscription renewal

I've been using TomTom Go Mobile on my iPhone SE running iOS 10.2 for over three years. For development reasons I have to stay on this specific iOS version. Unfortunately my subscription has ended about two weeks ago and I'm unable to renew it because this option is no longer available. Since I'm a developer myself, I've written a patch to defend the licence mechanisme. It works flawlessly, but as I usually don't encourage stealing software, I'd rather pay for it. So what are my options here? Updating iOS is NOT an option.

    Welcome to the Community! Sorry to say but the new GO Navigation app is a 64-bit app and compatible with iPhones running iOS 11 or higher. We're migrating all the users from the old App to a new one and to avoid any acc issues, we stopped the subscription on the old Go Mobile App.
