Cannot download my map to my device.

I recently purchased updates to my USA may and after not being able to download it to my device, learned that my device is no longer supported by Tom Tom. I have now wasted my money.

    Thank you for this suggestion. All my attempts to contact anyone at Tom Tom have been unsuccessful. The only email address I have been able to find has returned a message saying "cannot respond to messages sent to this address." The page link they included in this return email to me came up "Page not found." I have gone through the Contact and Support page but cannot find any useful email link that works.

    Do you have an email address for Tom Tom I can use?
