Watch failure

After 5 months the spark watch screen fails. I get a replacement. 6 months after this screen fails again. This time I’m expected to pay £95 for a repair. 2 watch’s in less than 12 months!! Please explain

    call the customer care and ask for a clarification t&c for the warranty.

    Replacement devices are only warrantied for 6 months, but it is worth asking.
