No maps found Start 20

Device has been updated via Mydrive connect. Afterwards report no cards found. Device unusable while it needs a lifetime update. What am I doing wrong, what should I do?

    Did you already get this sorted? If not the problem could be related to the map certificate.

    Please contact customer service and they should able to assist you with this.
