My Go Live 825 has recently stopped receiving live traffic information.

Says I need to turn on information sharing, but the location to do this seems to be unavailable. What should I do?

    Customers Services fixed this for me. But it took 50 mins and two downloads including a new map. However, we're now good to go! Thanks TomTom.
