Route files Tyre ITN to GPX

in RIDER
I have a Rider 2013 and thinking of upgrading to a 550 and have several years of routes saved as Tyre ITN files, will these work on the 550 or how do I switch them to something compatible?

    ITN routes will work when you import them on the Rider 550 using a USB cable or micro-SD card.
    With my program SendITNRoute you can sent a ITN up to 21 Stops to a Rider 5x0 using WiFi.

    Also you can convert ITN to GPX with manny programs. Personally I use myrouteapp.com for this task.
