Failure to download update

I have attempted to download updates over several months and getting very frustrated. I am for ever getting server buzy. When is the server not buzy. I have tried different times of the day and for serveral months

    Thanks for that, I didn't need Revo as windows has its own uninstaller anyway. Thank you.

    Hi there... I was getting the endless circle with device not recognised time after time ... until I disconnected the mount!... then it connected, updated all the maps and worked perfectly... might be worth a try if like me you were searching for the answer to this problem ...hope this helps
