Swapped iPhone but App isn't linked to my account?

Hi,
I have just upgraded from iPhone 7 to iPhone 11. New iPhone 11 has the TomTom Go app installed but it is not linked to my account. How do I link the app on the iPhone 11 to my account (where I have credit)?

Welcome to the community!
In the backend, I still see the app and the subscription linked to your TomTom account.
Have you tried to login into the app under Menu/TomTom services with your tomtom account?
