Discrepancy between my device's map and account
My car's map shows North America. However, when I log in to the tom-tom website or use the app, it says Europe map is available for update.
It seems my account is connected to European map, not North American.
How can I make it correct so that I can update NA map?

It depends on which map the car manufacturer supplied the device with.
Unfortunately we cannot make changes to that. If you plan to install the North America map then you can place an order on our mapshop
Or get in touch with the car dealer to sort this out.
