start 20 does not start up, and the map is corrupt according MyDrive connect.

I was updating the start 20 maps and suddenly the screen went black and after that, the system does not start up. It comes up with the tomtom screen, drum roffle and after that it keeps rebooting but does n ot start up further. I also rebooted the system by holding the on/off button for a long time till i got a dos screen, with the system information, but this also does not help.

Does anyone has a clue how to solve this problem?

    I tried the revovery mode and it went all through it, but after the recovery mode was finished and the tomtom restarted, it came up with the same as it was before the recovery mode. So there is nothing changed. Still the same problem.
