GO5000 not loading up,

in Devices using MyDrive Connect
When starting, just get TomTom logo comes up with drum beat and goes out and about 5 seconds later the same logo comes up but no drum beat and goes out and it turns itself off. Have tried reset by holding down on/off button but just get the same as above all the time.

    I have the same problem after update device. Don't work the recovery mode, and the pc don't see tomtom. Can some one help?

    Could you try out the recovery mode as suggested in the video below-

    Have tried recovery mode but same happens and cannot connect to my computer to do anything. I have an extended warranty so am claiming on that. Have watched YouTube videos on reloading the software which would probably resolve the problem, but if you cannot connect to your computer you are stuck. Thanks to everyone for their advice

    @ VikramK - yes i try in poland service. But they only help me writing send to service and pay 105€. For this money i can buy new one. Problem is that i can’t enter to dos menu to recover the firmware. I try but don’t work. I can send you the move with this.
