Where is my order confirmation?

I ordered a TT GO Premium X and paid for it, but after hours of waiting I have not received an order confirmation. Order does not show up in my account. Is there a TT customer service person in Netherlands or UK I can talk to about this order?

    Same as Peter, I have ordered a sat nav 6 days ago, I have paid for it with cc, but no sign of it and it doesn't appear in my account?

    Did you already contact the customer service to check the order status?

    They are better equipped with tools to check information related to online orders.
