Tomtom Professional 6250 connection issues

Hi. My device won't connect to live traffic services using the inbuilt simcard. I've tried a factory reset and this hasn't resolved the issue. Is there a fix for this?

    Contact Customer support and get them to check your Account and Sim etc for you.
