Is it possible to download GO Mobile with UK maps onto a micro SD card for my in-dash unit?

I have tried a number of times to do this over wifi on my drive but the wifi signal keeps dropping out before map download has completed

    No-one has yet documented any way to do that. Maybe better to search for some way to bring your car closer to some WiFi or some WiFi closer to your car. Any friends with a driveway or a garage? Any stores or restaurants where their WiFi reaches their car park? Can you run some Cat 5E out towards your car with a POE AP on the end?

    The app is for smartphones and has not been tested on any in-dash units.
