Rider 400 Touch Screen no longer working
I had a wet ride last week. The screen of my Rider 400 misted up. Now dried out it will not respond to anything on the touch screen. I cannot even turn it off. Can this be repaired? it is a very expensive item to fail in this way. Would be grateful for any help or advice or to hear if others have had similar problems.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Did you try a drum reset? Or a recovery with MyDrive Connect? Both work with the power swich.
TomTom customer service has a repair service that works with a fixed price when the device is out of warranty.
So when a reset doesn't help contact customer support.

Thank you for your reply. I am afraid I am a bit of a Luddite with this kind of technology. I have connected to MyDrive Connect but cannot see any way to reset plus I cannot download the user guide - it just says "File not found" so no help there. I also have no idea what a drum reset is. I guess Customer Support is going to have to be my route.
Thanks again.0 -
