TomTom seem to be having issues at the moment. Previously I've seen corrections appear in MapShare Reporter within days, and then show up in Apple Maps after the next import (about a month or so after).
Currently though, I have corrections which are months old with no activity, others have been marked as accepted or fixed but no changes have appeared on MSR
