Sports App stopped working....all my data appears lost now

Hi - My Sports App stopped working - has been crashing lots recently. Reloaded it but now the only data I have is from a previous watch in 2017 that malfunctioned after 2 months. Appear to have lost 18 months of data? Is there some way of retrieving? Many thanks

    Thank you - this is possible I realised, and I tried to reset my newer watch to the other email but they haven't linked or refused change saying account already registered. So thought may data should still there somewhere. But looks like I have somehow lost it for the newer watch.
