6250 professional route failure!!!

Why don’t calculate route via MT Blanc Tunnel?
I’ve put one stop before Mt Blanc(France) and another Autoporto Aosta(Italy)...
With the same set up(height, length, weight...etc etc) 6250 professional won’t go thru tunnel. Truck TomTom’s make correct route ( 2017 model).

    The problem is this section, I don't travel there, and will you say there are truck bans there?

    Tomtom instaled on my truck( maps from 2017), works fine...but the new 6250... from the same place, old one take correct route but the new one not

    Hi @Bpnav6250

    On a recent Software update for the car etc units they added a option in Route Planning to enable you to avoid Tunnels. Has your unit the same option and is it got set to avoid.

    No, my unit is not set to avoid tunnels. if you take a closer look at picture posted, you will see the route calculated goes thru another tunnel, Freujus Tunnel.

    Dark blue indicates tunnels.
    On “Route Planning” is set to avoid always “unpaved roads”.

    No, it’s no ban there for HGV. Just passed 2 hours ago. It is Route National 205 and is no restriction for HGV

    It seems it the same problem on N205 (France) on the way back from Italy to France via MT Blanc, bcs when I try to create a route from Aosta(aprox 40 kms away from MtBlanc) to Reims My 6250 won't calculate route via MtBlanc, instead calculate a route via Torino---Tunnel Frejus...
    I'm very dissapointed about this device 😒

    Same problem in Germany. After last map update highway A98 from the border with Switzerland (Rheinfelden) , to the A5 (Basel). Shows that it is completely banned for trucks, but in fact it is not, and never has been. I go from there every week.
