Better way of displaying quicker route

When the app detects there's a quicker route it displays it in green. That's not a problem but my problem is the displaying of that quicker route. It shows the map view showing the entire route and doesn't zoom in enough to show the quicker route alternative. You are having to zoom in and follow the entire route just to find out where it is! Just zoom the map so it displays the alternative route to fill the screen, simples.
