Installation failure/lack of support

After purchasing the maps update the system has failed several times to update and it is impossible to get personal assistance from TomTom. Really frustrating!

    Look at this video and FAQ, it could maybe help you.

    If the map appears corrupted, deleted it, repair does not work often...

    So if my device is connected and I click on My Content then My Maps, it shows that my new Canada map is there and it says it's installed to my device. But when I look for Canada on my device, it's not there. Hope that clarifies.

    Try a drum reset on the unit by holding the power button about 20 seconds till you hear the drum sounds. Then see if you can choose the Canada map.
