iOS 13 and legacy TomTom app v1.29

I'm currently running iOS 12.4.1 on my iPhone 6s Plus and both UK and Europe TomTom app v1.29 will still run on it.

I'm being offered to upgrade to iOS 13, so my question is: Will UK and Europe TomTom app v1.29 run on iOS 13?
