Deleting Products from Account Details

I want to remove a device listed in My Products (because I no longer own it, it's no longer supported, and to stop being prompted to replace it).
However, the device does not appear on MyDrive Connect so I can't delete it following the instructions given on https://uk.support.tomtom.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/10079.

If for your former device you use "MyDrive Connect" software try this:
- Your device Not connected to the PC, Login with your email+password in MyDrive Connect.
Remove your device from your TomTom account. See the pictures below.
If it doesn't work or for a device using "TomTom Home" software, contact TomTom customer support who will do it for you:
