Traffic unable to connect

I have purchased a GO 620 with YFI ...I open Blue tooth , my phone is connected , I tap on my phone , hands free calls is connected , and Smartphone messages is connected . Data for Traffic & other services is selected but says unable to connect . If I open my account I get a message across the top saying that those services are not associated with my account across the top , TomTom is working on the problem . I specifically purchased this unit for those services , when will they be available . Also I would like a phone # in US for tech support .
