Bluetooth issues - how can I get a passkey to connect my GO 6200 and my mobile phone?

I'm trying to set up a bluetooth connection between my TomTom GO 6200 and my Doro 6500 mobile without using the TomTom app, but the phone asks for a passkey so both devices can recognise each other. I've tried with a Samsung phone and the code automatically generates but not with the Doro phone. Has anyone had a similar problem and do you know whether the code is generated by the TomTom or the phone?

Hi @AitchC
Welcome to the community!
I think you refer to Dora 6050 phone right?
I am not sure which OS(Operating System) is runs in the back ground. I searched Doro on google and looked at some images which show that these phone models come with some basic functionalities.
For using features like hands free calling/ TomTom Services/Smartphone message the TomTom devices need to be paired with a compatible smartphone that runs- iPhones or Android™ (5.0 or higher) smartphones only.
Thanks

Thank you for your reply Vikram. Apologies, the phone model is a Doro 6520 but it is very similar to the Doro 6050 and is not a smartphone so I guess that seems to be the problem.
Thanks again for your help.0
