No Maps on the RIDER 550

Rider 500
Screen shows no maps, but went I go to add a map it doesn't display any maps at all.
Reset device, no changes, same problem.

Have raised log with TomTom, Incident: 190905-00xxxxxxx, but they seem unable to respond to the log. I even set a crashlog.

At the moment the device is not working and I don't see any way to correct it.
