Unable to reset Runner 3 factory settings

While the factory reset started it stops stating "whoops something went wrong" but retrying or using FAQ doesn"'t help me further. What now??

    Can you send me the watch serial number in a private message? Then go to the settings in TomTom Sports Connect > Advanced settings and press Send now to submit log files.
