Been into my account but can't download due to no world maps showing. Have installed 32g sd card even reinstalled my drive on my laptop but still no world maps. Please help need this to work am off to New Zealand in 2 weeks time
As with the card all that has been formatted for the maps and ready to go
In regards with world maps all I get is Europe and no other maps. Is there anyone at tomtom who can check my account and see if world maps are there for me

Look back here on Monday when @VikramK or @lampard will have had a look at your account and sorted out the World Maps for you.

You do not need My Drive connect software on your PC unless your Wifi is slow and you need to connect the unit to the PC for an internet connection.
All the actions necessary to add maps are done via the Units menu ie
Tap Menu (4 Dots)
Tap Settings
Tap Maps
Tap Add a map
Scroll through available maps and select the map required.
Regarding the 32gb memory card I am assuming that you have
Tap Menu
Tap Settings
Tap System
Tap Format memory card.
This is necessary for maps to be loaded on the card.

If no maps are offered after you have tried the steps suggested by Doug(above) then please report this to the customer service.
