System not configured

Accidently pressed factory reset by mistake.

Now all I get is "System not configured. Please insert diagnostic tool"

I have backed up and restored the SD card but still I get the same message.

I have phoned a Renault main dealer but they cant help.

Can anyone help me reset.

    Has any one worked out how to fix this, as I am having the same issue
