Problem with maps

Hello, i am getting a:

"problem with map
you cannot use this map on this device:
united kingdom and republic of ireland 101141"

on a tomtom XXL

Can anyone help? I've tried uninstalling on Tomtom Home

    Map activated for your device.

    Remove the existing map first and then download the offered map using TomTom HOME.

    could you please tell me where i can find the offered map as it is not in my updates?

    The map should be offered as a download in TomTom HOME.

    I would suggest that you do a soft reset on the device and check for updates again.

    Thanks Vikram,

    I have tried a soft reset on the device (with the existing maps removed). Reconnected to Tomtom home and i am still getting "no items available" in updates.

    Any ideas?
