Trying to transfer "my places" onto TomTom Start 62
I have 2 separate maps on my Tomtom Start 62. Online on Tomtom Mydrive Route Planner, I have created lots of favourites in "my places". I have tried clicking on "send to device" and the website says syncing was successful, but I cant find them on my Tomtom (I have tried changing between maps without success). Please can anyone help or advise what i'm doing wrong?

Hi
@tripwire1802
(1)... To Sync your MyPlaces.... From the MyDive Web Route planner to the device
The NAV4 (None Live) Start 62 the device need to be connected over USB with MyDrive Connect running in the Background
(2)... You will also need to be logged into MyDrive on the device
NAV4 Devices Tap 4Dot (.... Menu) --> Tomtom Services... MyDrive
Login with your Account... Email & Password

You're welcome, glad you're sorted
Maybe Useful....
Many users have asked for the facility to backup their MyPlaces to a PC
The MyDrive Route planner allows you to download your data from the Tomtom Cloud
The file looks like unusable Gobbledegook, the MyPlaces can be found in the file
Click on image to enlarge....
